The CEPPS or
Contractor and Engineering Provider Profile System was developed
jointly with the Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance and allows
owners to gather contractor profiles electronically to build an
in-house Microsoft Access database which is easily customized.

Owners/Plants and
Contractors Instructions
Please
download the three files to the right to a folder on your C: drive or network
drive, then please read the instructions. The database files are available for
download as full-size Microsoft Access files or smaller zipped versions of the
same file. The files are separated for Plants and Contractors.

Q:
What is the
difference between Injuries/loss work days and
Injuries/days away from work?
A:
The Injuries with lost workdays are the number of
individual incidents that resulted in lost workday
cases, this is used to calculate the lost workday
incident rate. The Injuries/days away from work is
the number of total man days lost due to the injury(ies),
this is used to calculate the injury severity rate.
These are more clearly defined on the OSHA instructions
for the 300 log.
